Solder the kit together, attach it to your guitar, and you’re ready to play Guitar Hero, Rock Band, or Frets on Fire! It does require some basic soldering, but the chip comes loaded with all the code you need to hook it up to whatever system you’re playing on – simply plug it in, and you’re ready to go. It’s also easily re-programmable via USB, in case you want to use the V1 kit as a MIDI guitar conversion kit, or start messing around with how it works.

Shipping is a flat $5, anywhere in the world, as long as mail can get there.  Note that international customers will be responsible for any customs duties or tariffs – we’d love to be able to take care of it on our side, but we have no way to calculate what they might be ahead of time, so we’re not able to.

The V1 kit contains all the electronics, hardware, and specialty cables you’ll need to use it. You only have to supply some plain wire to hook it up to your guitar.
